Movers and packers in Singapore compared: published prices, packing, boxes, storage and add-ons from 8 companies, and which suits your move.
Updated 5 min read

Choosing between movers and packers in Singapore is hard because every company prices differently. This guide compares 8 companies using only what each publishes on its own website, checked on 18 October 2026, so you can shortlist the right type of mover for your move.
How we compared
- Facts only, from each company's own website. We list what they publish: prices, what's included, packing, boxes, storage and add-ons. We link to every source.
- We haven't hired these companies. So there are no star ratings or verdicts on quality. "Best for" below means the company publishes something that suits that kind of move.
- No company paid to be here, and none is featured because of ServeGig.
- Starting prices aren't quotes. Each company includes different things in its starting price. Always compare written quotes for your own move, and read how much movers cost for what drives the price.

Best for the lowest published prices
Tip Top Relocators publishes volume-based rates: S$250 for a 3-room HDB tier, S$300 for 4-room and S$380 for 5-room or Executive. It says quotes include labour, lorry, basic packing materials and blanket protection, with crews of 4 to 5 per truck, and that it isn't GST-registered.
Aspect Mover lists indicative prices "from" S$200 for a 3-room HDB, S$350 for 4-room and S$500 for 5-room or Executive, and says these are not fixed quotes. It offers full, partial or self-pack, a free site inspection or quote from photos, and lists piano, safe, storage, disposal and dismantling as add-ons. Insurance is optional.
Cube Movers advertises S$298 per full load of a 15ft truck as a promotion, with 30 free carton boxes, and says it charges no GST.
Best for clear, itemised pricing
Movings.sg (Moving Solutions) publishes its ranges by home type and its add-on prices: dismantling and assembly S$80–120, disposal S$80–200, extra manpower for stairs S$60–120, packing S$12 per carton and unpacking S$8 per carton. Boxes, shrink wrap and protection are included for suitable moves.
FixMove publishes "from" prices for standard access (a working lift, short carry, one trip) and spells out what's excluded unless quoted: stairs, extra trips, dismantling, packing, disposal and special items, plus a S$10 fuel surcharge per visit.
Best for packing and unpacking everything
Allied offers full professional packing and unpacking, dismantling and reassembly of beds and wardrobes, bulky item disposal, climate-controlled storage and a transit protection plan, with a fixed price quoted upfront. It doesn't publish prices, so expect to request a quote. It suits large or high-value moves where you want the whole job handled.
Best for storage between homes
If your new home isn't ready yet (common with BTO key collection and renovation), look at movers that publish storage options:
- Tip Top Relocators: S$70 per pallet per month, S$250 per full lorry per month, and 15% off storage for 3 months or more.
- Movings.sg: storage at S$60 per cubic metre per month.
- Cube Movers: short and long-term storage, insured up to S$100,000.
- Allied: climate-controlled storage for short or long periods.
Best for small moves and single items
For a few pieces of furniture, a student room or a small studio, lorry hire with driver help can cost less than a full moving crew:
- Lalamove shows the fare in its app. Driver's help is +S$30 on a 10ft or 14ft lorry, an extra helper is +S$40, stairs without a lift cost S$10 per flight per person, and wrapping is S$20 per piece. The moving service includes 2 hours.
- GoGoX lists lorries from S$43 (10ft) and S$82 (14ft), and also runs a moving service with a free on-site inspection and quoted add-ons such as dismantling, disposal and wrapping. It says prices exclude GST.
You'll do more of the work yourself, so this suits small, simple moves best.
How to pick the right one for your move
- Decide how much help you want. Lorry hire, a standard move, or full packing and unpacking.
- Shortlist 3 companies of the right type from the table.
- Ask each for a written quote listing inclusions, add-ons and GST. Our guide on how to choose a mover has the questions to ask.
- Compare like for like, not just the starting price.
Skip the calls: get up to 3 quotes at once
On ServeGig, you describe your move once and up to 3 vetted movers who cover your area contact you with quotes. Start with movers in Punggol, Tampines or Jurong West, and use our packing guide to cut the cost of packing.
Frequently asked questions
Which movers and packers in Singapore are the cheapest?
On their own websites (checked 18 October 2026), Tip Top Relocators lists S$300 for a 4-room HDB volume tier and Aspect Mover lists 4-room HDB moves from S$350. These are starting prices with different inclusions, so compare written quotes for your actual move.
Do movers in Singapore charge GST?
Only movers registered for GST add it. Tip Top Relocators and Cube Movers say on their websites that they don't charge GST; GoGoX says its moving prices exclude GST. Ask each mover whether their quote includes GST.
Which movers include boxes in the price?
Cube Movers lists 30 free carton boxes with its moving service, and Movings.sg lists boxes and packing materials as standard for suitable moves. Others charge for boxes or packing separately, so check the quote.
Which movers offer storage?
Tip Top Relocators publishes storage rates (for example S$70 per pallet per month), Movings.sg lists storage at S$60 per cubic metre per month, Cube Movers offers short and long-term storage, and Allied offers climate-controlled storage.
Should I hire a mover or rent a lorry with a driver?
For a few items or a small room, lorry hire with driver help (such as Lalamove or GoGoX) can be cheaper. For a whole flat, a moving company with a crew, wrapping and dismantling is usually faster and safer.
