- Punggol Digital District (PDD): a business district in northern Punggol with the Singapore Institute of Technology's Punggol campus and offices.
- Coast and parks: coastal areas and nearby green spaces for weekends outdoors.
Getting around
- North East Line (NEL): Punggol station, and Punggol Coast station, which opened on 10 December 2024 as the line's new northern end, beneath the Punggol Digital District.

- Roads: the Tampines Expressway (TPE) and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) are nearby for car and lorry access.
Moving tips for Punggol
- Drop-off points. Some blocks sit along the waterway or are a walk from the road. Give your mover the block number and the nearest drop-off point, and ask whether a long carry costs extra.
- New blocks, busy lifts. If your block has just been handed over, many neighbours may be moving or renovating at the same time. Book your mover and plan deliveries early.
