5 painting services in Singapore compared: published HDB and condo package prices, paint brands, sealer, warranty, and which suits your home.
Updated 4 min read

Comparing painting services in Singapore is hard because every package uses a different paint, and many leave out sealer. Here are 5 painting services in Singapore, with the HDB and condo packages each one publishes, checked on 19 October 2026, and a comparison table to help you shortlist.
How we chose and compared
- Facts only, from each company's own website. Package prices, paint, what's included, sealer and warranty, with links to every source.
- Listed by published price, not by quality. We haven't hired these companies, so there are no star ratings. "Best for" means the company publishes something that suits that kind of job.
- No company paid to be here, and none is featured because of ServeGig.
- Photos are the companies' own, from their websites, credited under each image.
- Package prices aren't quotes. They assume an empty or lightly furnished home in reasonable condition. Our painting cost guide explains what changes the price.

How to pick the right one
- Check if your flat needs sealer. Resale flats and walls with stains or peeling usually do. Ask for it as a separate line.
- Match the paint, not just the price: Matex, Vinilex 5000 and Odour-less are different grades.
- Count what's covered: ceilings, doors, pipes, kitchen walls and colours.
- Get the warranty in writing. See our HDB repainting guide for timing and preparation.
