Updated 4 min read

BTO renovation packages in Singapore range from a few thousand dollars for tiling to tens of thousands for a designed flat, and each one covers different work. Here are 4 BTO renovation packages in Singapore, with the prices and inclusions each firm publishes, checked on 19 October 2026, and a comparison table to help you shortlist.
How we chose and compared
- Facts only, from each firm's own website. Package prices, what's included and excluded, licences and warranties, with links to every source.
- Only firms that publish package prices. Most renovation firms quote per home, so this list is short. It isn't a ranking of quality: we haven't hired these firms and there are no star ratings.
- No firm paid to be here, and none is featured because of ServeGig.
- Photos are the firms' own, from their websites, credited under each image.
- Packages aren't quotes. Layout, materials and add-ons change the price. Our renovation cost guide explains typical budgets.

How to pick the right one
- Check what HDB already installed. If you took HDB's optional components, you may not need flooring.
- List the carpentry you want (kitchen, wardrobes, TV console): it's usually the biggest cost.
- Compare like for like: flooring area, cabinet lengths, appliances, lights and painting.
- Check the HDB licence and permits; see our HDB renovation permit guide.
- Get an itemised quote and the warranty in writing before paying a deposit.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a BTO renovation package in Singapore?
On the firms' own websites (checked 19 October 2026), published 4-room packages range from S$8,588 (HMS Tiling's Premium package, flooring not included) and S$16,390 to S$19,390 (RCS bare-unit packages) to S$17,900 (Le Interi) and S$35,800 (FC Interior Design). They cover very different work, so compare the scope, not just the price.
What do BTO renovation packages usually leave out?
It depends on the package. RCS says its bare-unit packages typically don't include air-conditioning, bedroom wardrobes or carpentry beyond the kitchen; HMS Tiling's Premium package doesn't include flooring. Ask for a list of what's excluded.
How do I check a renovation contractor is HDB-licensed?
Ask for the HDB licence number and check the firm on HDB's Directory of Renovation Contractors. RCS (HB-11-5877Z), FC Interior Design (HB-09-2619C) and HMS Tiling (HB-02-5076Z) publish theirs.
Do renovation packages come with a warranty?
Some publish one: FC Interior Design gives a 12-month workmanship warranty and Le Interi includes a letter of warranty. Ask what's covered, for how long, and get it in writing.
